Georgina
Georgina is an Integrative Child and Adolescent Counsellor and registered member of the BACP.

Georgina is focused on helping children and adolescents navigate challenges in life by providing support and containment while encouraging exploration of their thoughts and feelings.  The integrative model allows Georgina to draw on many different modes of therapy and tailor an approach suitable for each client as an individual. She is trained to use the arts, play and metaphor which can help clients access feelings which may be blocked, and also provides a route for communication and exploration when language is not available. Georgina has experience working with clients across a diverse range of difficulties such as; bullying, complex trauma, eating disorders, attachment difficulties, neurodivergence, family separations, anxiety and depression. She has a special interest in attachment theory and neuroscience, and how the relationship between the two creates a blueprint informing how we operate within relationships and how we view the world around us.
