Matthew's guest this week is Dr Stan Steindl. Stan is a clinical psychologist, researcher and author based in Queensland, Australia. He is also the host of 'Compassion in a T-Shirt' where he discusses a host of topics and ideas related to compassion and self-compassion, as well as compassion focused therapy, designed to help people cultivate their compassionate mind to assist with life’s difficulties.
