Who are these groups for?

What is the aim of the groups?
For many people the prospect of attending a group feels more intimidating than individual therapy. However, group work has the potential to help participants and facilitate change in a way that solo work cannot. Some examples of this are that it offers a higher level of support, the possibility of feedback, can help with accountability, communication, connection, relationships and intimacy. It can bolster healthy coping mechanisms and help manage more detrimental medicators. Group therapy has been proven through research to be effective and can assist people improve most aspects of mental health, psychological wellness and recovery processes.
