Parenting Workshop
Being a parent or caregiver is a hugely important role, whilst deeply rewarding, it is rarely without some challenges. When facing a bump in the road, understanding your child’s internal world and gaining insight into what their behaviour is trying to communicate, is vital in establishing connection and supporting the journey towards repair.
This parenting workshop, led by Georgina Porter our Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist, will cover key topics including emotional holding, co-regulation, attachment and neuroscience of the developing brain. The focus of the workshops is to help parents understand their child's internal world, build stronger connections and address missed developmental moments to support repair.

- Opportunity for personal reflection, and a supportive space to ask questions and explore how the workshop content applies to you and your family.
