Alison Clarke

She has a thorough understanding of the need for flexibility and importance of diversity, compassion and empathy whilst simultaneously adhering to the principles of strong ethical standards.  During her time Alison has supported many clients, and is particularly adept at responding to and managing crises calmly and methodically.

Previously Alison worked in recruitment specialising in social care, criminal justice, substance misuse and children and family services. Prior to this she worked in the music industry with a remit of event management at senior levels (MTV Music Awards) and has extremely good organisational and prioritising skills.
