We are proud to have a collective of leading experts facilitators as part of PBH Wellness offering classes all focused on helping you with your mental health.
Elizabeth has an excellent track record of supporting clients to build healthier, more meaningful lives, both in England and abroad, as a Case Manager and Coach. She also helps oversee, train and support PBH’s coaches.
Elizabeth facilitates our coaching check-in on Mondays 9-10 am.
London-based yoga teacher Inés has completed 550 hours of training in Ashtanga, Vinyasa flow, pre and post natal, yin yoga, mindfulness and meditation. Aside from teaching in studios across London, Inés also teaches yoga and meditation to people recovering from addictions.
Inés teaches yoga on Sundays 11 am – 12 noon.
Jaz is a certified recovery coach and companion who has worked with a broad range of clients since 2015, helping them to unlock their potential for growth and recovery. He is one of the most experienced young coaches in the U.K. He helps individuals focus on finding purpose and meaning, invest in or rediscover their passions whilst supporting them in attaining and maintaining their ideal ambitions of wellbeing.

After fifteen years in the modelling industry, featuring in major campaigns from Missoni to Guess Jeans, he has learnt how to keep his body in shape. But after some time lifting heavy weights, he felt bulky and less mobile. This inspired him to develop a gymnastics and yoga practice, later incorporating calisthenics, to build strength, flexibility, suppleness and mobility. As a personal trainer, Lee passes on these methodologies to his clients in an empowering and non-judgemental environment. Lee is a Level 3 qualified PT and a recovery coach with Portobello Behavioural Health.
Lee runs our fitness class on Thursdays 11 am – 12 noon.
Octavia is a breathwork therapist based in London. She has trained in America, the UK and Ireland in various modalities of breathwork and is an ACCP accredited life coach. Octavia specializes in using the breath for positive change and transformation.

Param was introduced to the practice of meditation from birth. By the age of seven he was formally practicing a combination of chanting, breath work and mantra meditations rooted in a combination of Sikh, Buddhist and Hindu traditions. He later explored Kundalini in Los Angeles and Mexico learning directly from Yogi Bhajan . Param now practices his own style of non-denominational mantra meditation which he passes onto to others recovering from mental and behavioural health concerns. He is currently a guided meditation practitioner and recovery coach with Portobello Behavioural Health and Help Me Stop.
Param runs our meditation classes on Tuesday 6-6.30 pm and Saturdays 9-9.30 am.
Zephyr is a leading yoga teacher and body worker currently offering classes at London yoga centres, privately, online and at treatment centres for those recovering from addiction, depression and other behavioural and mental health concerns. Zephyr is a yoga ambassador for Our Mala and The Gates Foundation and is registered with Yoga Alliance US and UK as a 500 hour Yoga Teacher.
Zephyr teaches yoga on Wednesdays 10.30-11.30 am.
